Refund Policy

We want you to be confident building on Ecylaa. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies once per customer and to first subscriptions only.

2. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

3. What is not refundable

• renewal charges after the first billing period;
• add-ons and usage already consumed (such as envelopes already sent);
• custom or annual agreements, unless stated otherwise in your order form.

Except as set out here or as required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@ecylaa-pro.com from the address on your account with your workspace name. We may ask a question or two to process your request.
